Location KID-1
On the sole of the foot, between the second and third metatarsal bones, approximately one third of the distance between the base of the second toe and heel, in a depression formed when the foot is plantar flexed.Location KID-2
On the medial side of the foot, distal and inferior to the medial malleolus, in the depression distal and inferior to the navicular tuberosity.Location KID-3
In the depression between the medial malleolus and the Achilles tendon, level with the prominence of the medial malleolus.Location KID-4
