Twin Cities area Reiki Level One Classes for Reiki Level One will be available at Wendy's Healing Arts Center in Minneapolis MN. This class is designed for total beginners that have little to no experience. All are welcome. Due to limited space in the location it is reccomended that you pre register. One on January 10th from 630pm to 930pm and the second class on January 17 during the same times. It is $60 per class and both classes must be attended for Level One Empowerment on Jan 17th.

Twin Cities area specialized Amma and Qigong classes forming Classes for Asian Bodywork Therapy (Amma Therapy), Qigong, and Tai Chi are forming at Wendy's Healing Arts Center in Minneapolis MN. This class is designed for current bodyworkers, Phyical Therapsists, Chiropracters, Nurses and related fields as well as total beginners that have little to no experience. All are welcome. Due to limited space in the location it is reccomended that you pre register. Contact person: 612-354-2457 for the event or Instructors Cell 715-317-0172 for more information or registration. Each class will be three hours long, from 6:30pm to 9:30pm on Sunday eves. First class starting on Nov 15, 2009. There will be both basic and advanced aspects of these disciplines based on the experience of the group and the classes are ongoing. Th event is $60 for each Sunday evening class. At least one person at each event will recieve a treatment in Amma Therapy while others observe or participate while learning the treatment pattern. Each class will discuss different specific treatments for specific disharmonies. Five element theory, Six Jiao theory, Eight principle theory, hand exercises, energy transfer, reiki and fundamental of Qi will always be discussed and/or questions answered in each segment.

Martial Arts Classes - Thursday's and Friday's

Now on Saturdays ! ! Generally speaking, classes, supervised by Sensei Bergstrom, will be held from 10am to 1pm in Sand Creek with the exception of days there are other events. Call 715-317-0172 for more information.
These classes will be offered to a number of different events including Martial Arts, Massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine practice to include nutrition, herbology and introductions to Advanced Amma Therapy.
